Christmas was a quiet affair in our house this year. My hubby didn't pick up the Turkey on time, therefore we had no Turkey because the shops had sold out. But thanks to my forward thinking and organisation we had some chickhen in the freezer so that is what we had instead. Nobody complained and we were all together which has become a luxury in our house as the older children always have other things to do woth their friends. We spent the day watching films on the television and listening to the Queen's speech. It was very relaxing and for once there were no arguments at all. I can honestly say this has bee the best christmas ever.
